Who is eligible for the Santwana Scheme

To be eligible for the scheme, applicants must meet the following conditions:

  1. Must belong to the religious minority community of Karnataka.
  2. Must be a permanent resident of Karnataka.
  3. The total family income from all sources should not exceed ₹8 lakhs per year
  4. Age must be between 18 and 55 years.
  5. The applicant or their family should not have taken a loan from KMDC in the past 5 years under the Arivu Education Loan Scheme
  6. No family member should be a central or state government employee.
